Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Fishing On The Move Aruba Reservations To book your fishing trip, we require confirmation of your stay (hotel or Airbnb). Without verified accommodation details, your reservation is not considered confirmed. Once confirmed, we’ll coordinate your pick-up time and location directly. Payment All payments are made in cash upon pick-up. At this time, we do not accept digital or card payments. Please have the correct amount ready in USD or local currency at the start of your trip. Cancellations - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip. - Cancellations within 72 hours may result in a cancellation fee, at the discretion of Fishing On The Move. - No-shows will be charged in full and may affect future booking eligibility. Weather Conditions Aruba experiences strong trade winds year-round, which are considered part of normal fishing conditions. Trips will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to wind. The only exception is during official hurricane warnings or extreme, unsafe weather conditions, in which case Fishing On The Move will contact you to reschedule or cancel. Equipment & Waiver All clients must sign a liability waiver prior to the trip. Fishing On The Move provides quality gear for fly and spin fishing. Clients are responsible for treating this equipment with care. If Fishing On The Move’s materials are damaged or broken due to irresponsible handling, clients may be asked to cover the cost of repairs or replacement. What’s Included Each trip includes professional guiding, gear (fly or spin), and bottled water. You are welcome to bring your own equipment. All trips follow catch-and-release practices to protect local fish populations. Guest Responsibility Please be ready at your designated pick-up spot on time. Let us know in advance of any physical limitations, allergies, or special needs so we can prepare accordingly. Fishing On The Move Aruba (FOTM), led by Robin van der Woude, acts only as a guide and service provider. FOTM and Robin van der Woude do not accept any liability for accidents, injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during the fishing trip. By booking a trip, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in fishing and outdoor activities. Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings throughout the trip. All trips are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
