Booking and Payment
Reservations require confirmation of your accommodation (hotel or Airbnb) to be considered valid. Payment is made in cash upon pick-up. We do not accept digital payments at this time.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled trip. Late cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion. No-shows will be charged in full.

Weather Policy
Trips run in most weather conditions, including Aruba’s year-round trade winds. Trips will only be canceled or rescheduled in the event of an official hurricane warning or extreme unsafe weather.

Equipment
We provide quality fishing gear included in the trip price. Clients are responsible for treating equipment with care. Damage due to negligence may result in charges for repair or replacement.

Liability and Safety
Fishing On The Move Aruba (FOTM) and Robin van der Woude act solely as guides and service providers. FOTM and Robin van der Woude accept no liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during the trip. By booking, you accept all inherent risks associated with fishing and outdoor activities and agree to undertake the trip at your own risk.
